Cooking Instructions
- Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Place rice in a medium saucepan with a pinch of salt and 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice.
- Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes, until the rice is tender and begins to split.
- Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
